GO BACK TO SLEEP BOO! The nerve of these heifers playing this surprised act as if they were going for an Emmy.
😂 Act all innocent if you want, but you aren't fooling anyone.

I don't even find him handsome but in this drama he is very charming and with his accessory Da Fan which is a paid actor - he rocks this role immensely

"no matter what happened in the past , what matters is your alive. as long as you're alive, there's always a second chance.
a second chance? not for me. I am ignorant, naive, deserving idiot. I don't deserve to be alive.
sister, don't blame yourself for being naive. blame those who betrayed you. why punish yourself because of their misdeeds?
what do you know?
sister, I, too, was once betrayed by someone I trusted. I know how you feel. do you know what they're afraid of? they're afraid that you're still alive, that we are still alive and fine to witness their downfall. living is the best revenge against your enemies.
...and this is what started it on Hope purpose reason intention for living

THE GRAND FINALE Pt 1
This scene is so amazing
Jiang Ruoyao made sure to prepare for this moment. Private lessons from a fairy maestro. Paid judges—including the fairy maestro. She plays beautifully, focusing on the skill and not the heart. She is too busy giving attitude to Jiang Li while the judges are eating it up. Fairy Jinghong is proud. Jiang Li starts to look a bit concerned when blue butterflies start coming from Ruoyao's instrument and music, spiraling around her up into the sky. Her music is so good she even calls on wild geese flying and lightning. This is a beautiful scene. Everyone is mesmerized—she did great.

PURE EMOTIONAL RELEASE, SURRENDER, & RENEWAL
* The Setup: Everyone is doubtful that Jiang Li can play as well as Ruoyao. They still remember her as the girl who tried to kill her mother and killed her brother—the girl abandoned on the mountain for 10 years. Of course they think she has no skills. She bout to break they neck with these notes of past fear, trauma, sorrow, and defeat—to rise like a PHEONIX.
* The Memory: Before she even touches a string, she reminisces of her dead father—of when he gave her her favorite instrument, which was VERY EXPENSIVE (so heartfelt).
* The Performance: Her playing is angelic but they don't know the piece, so of course they are biased. Jiang Li closes her eyes. (It is so beautiful my eyes are raining). 😭
* The Magic: Snow begins to fall. Her ex remembers the song as she plays it, and his eyes are red. Petals are dancing in a swirl around our girl. Her spirit floats to the center in a beautiful blue gown—she looks like a goddess waking up her innermost self.
* The Soul Release: The judges notice her emotions. She raises her hand to the sky and calls on lightning, reminiscent of her addressing all the pain she has endured. She faints in the sky carried by light. On the ground playing the instrument, she weeps and her fingers bleed. She is so enveloped in releasing not music, but her soul. She looks like she has spent her spirit.
* The Renewal: Her spirit above her wakes up as if she has been renewed. SHE SMILES looking up to fire in the heavens. BOOM—an explosion in the sky lights everyone's faces, and specks of flames fall to the ground.
* The Song & The Verdict: She is playing Spring Fading into White Pear Blossoms. The judge tells us the folk song is about expressing a woman's lament about her fate filled with sorrow and grief. He cannot believe that a young woman like Jiang Li can express those emotions. How could she have experienced so much sorrow and grief that she understands that music piece? LOL—even the judges who are paid to vote against her are in tears!
* The Vibe: Our actress HAS EMBODIED THIS SCENE. It was emotional and magical. THIS SCENE IS SPONSORED BY KLEENEX! 🤧
