I love this drama. It is not cookie cutter. While everyone on MDL is hating on Shen Xi He -I am loving her. 😂 This chick just got into town and already kicked her father's concubine out with RECEIPTS. 📶

🤯 CP still doesn't get it. It is not about how he feels for her but what they agreed on.

I appreciate FL sticking to her intentions. This is a true life principle. We should not adjust our plans for others emotions - specifically when our emotions do not match theirs.

Even though she has him in her heart, her priorities are clear.

Because of her persistent resolve I could accept them never becoming a couple.

I think this guy is my favorite character for 2026.
He is well balanced in character.
Politely arrogant, communicates well, respects others, listens well and perceives other's desires. His obsession is selfish yet he is still respectful.
I wrote so much more - but this is all I have right now. 😂

Peter Ho as Shen Yue Shan
Killing it. He has had some great roles but for me this one is best suited for him. He has always looked like "someone's uncle" to me. 😂
And this redeems him from his role that he did so well in Side Stories of Fox Volant that the hate carried over. 😂

Now he is likeable again.

Our guy is so humble and arrogant at the same dang time 😂
He is currently my favorite character for 2026.
